## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司智能呼叫系统线路统一规划、接入和管理
- 负责智能呼叫系统日常运营及维护（包含话术配置等工作）
- 负责线路账单对账及相应数据统计工作
- 协调技术、测试、运维等多个团队共同优化系统，解决客户使用系统过程中遇到的问题 任职资格
- 有运营商/语音线路/智能呼叫系统运营或维护相关工作经验
- 理解SIP协议，了解呼叫中心线路原理
- 对数据敏感，良好的数据分析能力
- 良好的沟通能力和项目管理能力，协调资源保障结果的能力
- 具备智能呼叫系统运营工作经验者优先
