岗位职责 1、负责中支公司薪酬福利、绩效管理、干部管理、招聘管理、员工关系管理等人事综合事务的办理； 2、负责公司赋予的服务、协调、宣传、保障等职能，为公司发展提供基础保障。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年四级机构综合服务岗工作经验，
- 担任综合管理，
- 熟悉共同资源类技能-人力资源、共同资源类技能-行政管理-总务后勤管理，
