## Job description

岗位职责
- 主持支行日常经营和管理工作，分析支行内外经营环境，规划支行零售基础平台建设与业务发展目标；
- 完成上级下达的各项经营指标和财务指标，负责所在支行零售市场拓展、合规经营、风险控制、客户服务等方面的全面管理；
- 根据全行年度经营计划制定支行年度工作计划，并组织实施；
- 负责组织支行各项业务信息的收集、整理、分析与研究，建立相关信息反馈机制；
- 负责组织并指导支行各项业务营销策划、销售管理和客户关系管理；
- 负责与上级和外部相关部门做好各项沟通与协调工作。 任职资格 1、企业管理、工商管理、行政管理等相关专业本科以上学历。 2、接受过领导能力开发、战略管理、8年以上工作经验。
