## Job description

岗位职责

### 业务推动
- 负责代发与收单业务的推动达成，落地总分行政策支持，跟进团队与机构并能制作通报报表用作业务的可视化追踪与达成；

### 人员管理
- 负责市场团队的日常管理、业务督导、绩效管理、产能跟踪、培训支持与合规风控；

### 项目管理
- 牵头或协调重点业务项目的规划、执行与跨部门落地推动；

### 综合运营
- 业务数据分析及整理、撰写报告、数据报送等事物性工作，并确保所有业务活动符合监管与内控要求；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历

### 工作经验
- 熟悉银行支付结算业务，具备一定的市场开拓能力；拥有团队或外包人员管理经验；

### 素质要求
- 较强的沟通协调能力、抗压能力、学习能力、执行力，一定的文字表达、数据分析、独立思考能力，有较强的责任心、良好的团队合作精神；熟练使用WORD、PPT及EXCEL等办公软件，风险与合规意识突出。
