## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责跟进逾期客户账户，与客户沟通协商还款计划;
- 通过电话、短信等方式提醒客户按时还款，确保公司资金回收;
- 记录客户沟通情况，更新客户信息及还款进度;
- 处理客户投诉，协调解决客户问题，维护公司形象。 任职资格 本科及以上学历，条件优秀者可以放宽至大专学历，有还款提醒经验优先。善于发现问题、解决问题，抗压能力强。
