## Job description

岗位职责

### 资源维护
- 统筹医疗资源拓展的规划与管理，包括医院、医生、医疗机构等资源的开发与维护

### 指标推动
- 制定并推动医健KPI指标的达成，确保业务目标达成

### 产品营销
- 统筹医健服务产品的营销推动、跨部门协同，搭建内外渠道业务合作，指导团队提升医疗健康专业能力

### 运营管理
- 统筹院端作业队伍培训、供应商招标、服务品质等日常运营管理，并不断优化服务流程，确保客户满意度

### 团队管理
- 统筹室内队伍的管理、制度优化及流程改进，提升团队整体运营效率。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学、市场营销等相关专业优先
- 具备丰富的医疗资源拓展经验、较强的业务推动能力和数据分析能力
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力及问题解决能力，能够独立处理复杂问题
- 具备较强的责任心、执行力、领导力，带领团队达成目标
