## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助主开拓人定期上门服务客户，为客户提供专业的方案宣导、咨询服务； 及时向公司及主开拓人反馈客户的各种信息与需求，根据公司及主拓人安排向客户进行新产品、新服务的介绍与宣传；
- 维持与客户的日常联络，建立良好的客户关系，树立公司的良好服务形象； 针对客户的其他服务要求，积极进行内外部沟通、协调，争取为客户提供满意的答复；
- 收取各类服务申请及相关单据，按照公司相关规定对其进行初审，并对后续处理的时效、质量进行追踪、监控，对问题单据及时进行处理； 对不能通过银行批次转账的支付，协助进行手工转账的处理； 定期向客户提供保单状况的反馈和分析；
- 对日常服务方式、内容等提出改善意见与建议； 进行年度服务工作总结，为续保提供意见与建议； 完成公司交办的其它工作。 任职资格 1.大专学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验。
