## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责保险产品的核保规则设计与优化，确保产品风险可控；
- 参与保险产品开发，评估产品风险并制定核保政策；
- 审核投保申请，确保符合核保标准；
- 分析核保数据，提出改进建议，提升核保效率与准确性。 任职资格
- 具备保险产品开发经验，熟悉保险条款及核保规则；
- 具备3年以上保险产品开发或核保相关工作经验；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与团队及相关部门有效合作；
- 持有保险相关资格证书者优先。
