## Job description

### 岗位职责 批量获取优质客户，配合落实客群经营，综合化拓展代发及公私联动等业务，包括但不限于
- 通过渠道经营、培训宣导、营销活动、陪访沟通等方式，线上线下相结合开拓代发市场，达成业绩目标。
- 推动内外部渠道开展代发及公私联动业务、平台类项目、收单等业务，批量获取优质客户，同时做好跟进及落地等工作。
- 维护企业关系，确保代发等各类业务持续、稳定开展，同时根据客户经营体系，落实客群经营的衔接工作，提升客户满意度及粘度，促进客户资产留存、提升。
- 落实合规、消保风险管理工作要求，防范业务风险。
- 分行安排的其他工作事项。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，双证齐全。 2.1年以上相关工作经验，业务资源丰富，有同业相关岗位工作经验优先。 3.较强的市场营销能力，积极进取，具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作意识。 4.具备较强的合规意识，无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
