## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司业务发展战略，承接分公司团体业务目标，制定并分解部门年度工作计划；
- 制定业务推动举措并组织有效实施，达成团体业务KPI目标；
- 承接总部政策，负责业务推动方案的制定，新续业务经营，督导及检视；
- 负责团体中心业务团队的能力建设，队伍管理；
- 负责团队管理及带教，有效输出潜才及后备干部；
- 领导交办的其他工作内容。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，在保险行业有5-10年工作经验；
- 有3-5年团险业务推动工作经验，有至少3年团队管理经验；
- 具备统筹规划、资源协调、抗压、分析并解决问题的能力；
- 具有良好的报告呈现及演讲能力。
