## Job description

### 岗位职责 1、构建科技人才培养体系

围绕集团中长期科技战略，完善关键序列人才选拔、培养、任用全生命周期发展机制，形成体系化培养方案，支撑科技人才供应链建设 2、统筹关键培养项目落地：主导关键培养项目的设计与实施，推进体系化轮岗及导师辅导，提升培养成效，夯实人才梯队建设，实现优质科技人才的持续高效供给 任职资格 1、3年以上头部科技公司技术背景，兼具人事复合背景优先 2、对科技技术趋势有独立的判断和思考，并对科技人才的发展和培养有认知理解
