- 贯彻落实总部人力资源管理相关制度，建立分部人事管理秩序；
- 负责分公司人员招聘及相关工作
- 负责内外勤培训及相关工作
- 贯彻总部绩效管理政策，负责协助开展； 任职资格 1.本科学历，人力资源管理、财政学等相关专业 2.1-2年相关工作经验
