## Job description

岗位职责 1.判断人伤损失的责任风险及合理性； 2.指导客户正确理赔程序，解答客户提出的与事故相关的问题； 3 完成实地查勘的标准动作，撰写查勘报告，并对案件损失进行系统预估录入； 4 完成对实地查勘案件后续案件未决跟踪任务； 5 完成人伤案件的实地复堪及调查工作，并撰写复堪报告及调查报告； 6 提升人伤服务质量的其他工作； 7 领导交办的其他工作 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年客服理赔部人伤查勘岗工作经验，
