## Job description

岗位职责

### 总行策略承接
- 学习并掌握总行产品及策略，赋能本地项目转化，负责项目对接、商务洽谈、报告撰写等；

### 队伍赋能
- 对所负责的客户经理，通过培训、陪访、陪练、策略复盘，推动客户经理实现重点产品发放目标达成和队伍产能提升；

### 合规把关
- 自主拓客，与渠道业务隔离，防止虚假作业和挂单套利。 任职资格 本科及以上学历，3年以上信贷业务经验或团队管理经验；具备优秀的团队协作能力和拓客能力，较强的风险识别能力与解决问题能力；无违法违纪行为，有良好的职业操守和合规意识。
