岗位职责 1.1、创保网日常运营维护与专家支持； 2、个代/团队申报、合作网点维护； 3、个代团队的考核管理与落实； 4、负责运营动作落地，并提出优化建议，统筹营销团队工作，营销方案设计、非车推动； 5、对规模指标、人力指标、运营指标及综合管理指标考核达成负责； 6、负责本团队业绩统计分析、企划数据分析 2.领导交办的其它工作 任职资格 1.本科学历； 2.0-3年相关工作经验。
