## Job description

岗位职责
- 为公司已客户的员工提供保险、金融理财及健康管理等综合服务；
- 通过与团队合作，做好线下策划、宣传推广及咨询讲解等，同时配合线上群经营，发掘客户需求、实现转化；
- 长期跟踪已有客户，提供综合服务，持续开展销售工作。 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历，年龄25-40岁；
- 富于亲和力，有较强表达能力，具有较强的抗压能力；
- 具有社群、互联网、场景化销售能力，具有较强的团队合作意识；
- 勤奋、有责任心、积极主动，有较强的学习能力；
- 金融保险专业、市场营销专业及销售经验丰富者优先。
