## Job description

岗位职责 
- 负责服务和维护客群，为客户提供咨询、保全、保单检视等方面专业服务，提高客户服务体验度及忠诚度； 
- 经营客群，不断挖掘和满足客户资产配置需求，为客户提供专业化资产配置建议、财富分析以及规划，保障客户财富保值、增值； 
- 为客户提供专业保险保障、财富传承分析及配置方案，负责提供保险金信托业务等拓展业务与专业支持； 
- 参加公司业务培训和晨夕会，达成公司年/季/月/周各项要求指标； 
- 严格遵守与公司代理合同各项约定，注重合规及风险管控意识，在保证业务品质的同时不断提升客群满意度，并做好客户售后服务。 任职资格 

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，可通过学信网验证； 

### 年龄
- 25-40周岁（资质优异者可适当放宽）； 

### 经验
- 3年及以上保险及相关金融行业岗位工作经验，具备信托、证券、保险营销、高净值客户营销工作经历者优先； 

### 专业能力
- 熟悉保险及相关金融产品、保险相关理论和保障类工具，擅长保障及传承类规划，具有较强的服务营销能力和商业敏感性； 

### 素质要求
- 认同公司文化，积极进取，结果导向，具备优秀的团队合作和沟通协调能力；无不良从业记录，责任心强、合规意识强。
