## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责健康险理赔案件的审核工作，包括医疗材料核对、费用理算、责任认定等全流程作业，确保审核结论准确合规。
- 依据保险法、保险条款、医学知识及理赔规则，对案件中的诊疗合理性、费用合规性进行专业判断。
- 未决案件跟进。需协谈、调查、核保等机构人员协同处理，及时跟进案件处理进度。工作一定时间后，需处理疑难复杂案件。
- 持续学习保险知识和行业法规，提升专业能力和风险识别水平。
- 完成领导交办的其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 基础条件

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，医学、药学、护理学、保险学等相关专业优先。

### 工作经验
- 不限，有保险理赔审核、医院临床等优先。

### 打字速度
- 每分钟80字以上，具备良好的计算机操作能力。
- 专业能力
- 具备较强的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，能够快速理解并运用复杂的保险条款与理赔规则。
- 具备基础医学知识或学习意愿，能够理解常见疾病、诊疗项目及药品分类。
- 具备一定的协谈沟通能力。
- 综合素质
- 责任心强，工作细致，对数字敏感，能够承受一定工作压力。
- 具备良好的学习能力，能够快速适应业务规则更新与系统迭代。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与协谈、调查等岗位高效协作。
- 具备团队合作精神，服从工作安排，积极参与部门建设。
