## Job description

岗位职责
- 以智慧经营平台为载体，聚焦队伍业务、管理、培训线上化，追踪及提升线上化指标，确保全年指标达成；
- 针对营销支持、中台支持、客户服务、经营决策等平台能力相关功能进行培训宣导，促使队伍养成线上化工作习惯；
- 定期组织团体渠道人员对团E宝使用情况进行吐糟，为团E宝功能迭代更新提供建议； 任职资格 1.全日制本科及以上学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具备良好的团队协作能力及抗压能力、具备基础的数据分析能力
