## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责通过线上平台为本行存量客户提供相应的金融服务，深度挖掘客户需求，做好客户的陪伴式经营
- 负责落地线上经营策略，完成标准化经营动作，达成业绩目标
- 负责了解线上经营客户资产配置及投资属性，做好客户维护及记录，根据客户需求，积极营销我行相关的产品，持续提升客户金融持仓及资产层级跃迁 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历1年以上银行业务经验
- 具备良好的客户服务意识，有较强的沟通能力，工作积极主动、责任心和抗压能力强，执行力强
- 遵纪守法，合规意识强，无违法违纪行为
- 有电销相关经验
- 持有基金从业资格证
