## Job description

岗位职责
- 在总分行制定的政策框架内，统筹部门人员安排，协调零售风险各项工作，支持业务健康稳健发展。按照监管要求及遵守总行各项管理制度，细化风险管理动作，对存量资产及新发放业务的资产质量进行流程管理，严控资产质量。
- 落实部门日常审批管理工作，做好审查、审批质量管控，确保在符合监管要求、总行政策、授权范围内进行业务审批。
- 按照监管及总行要求组织人员开展各类贷后检查，对风险事项及时采取管理措施。对内外部重大风险事件、检查暴露问题、不良资产及时发起违规问责。
- 持续推进分行全面零售风险管理体系建设。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、财务、管理、法律等专业；
- 具备正直、诚实的品质，责任心强，具有良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，风险意识强，无违规违纪行为；
- 具备丰富的零售信贷风险知识，具备较强的授信风险分析和评价能力，能制定有效的风险管理措施；
- 熟悉有关经济、金融及法律法规、监管政策以及风险管理制度和相关规定；
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录；符合平安银行亲属回避政策。
