## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责所辖网点各项指标及业务达成；
- 负责市场同业信息搜集、网点新拓与关系维护、续保追踪、好伙伴APP推广、线上合作推动、痛点挖掘与协助解决、营销策划等；
- 协助销售总监对业务部销售专员行使管理与指导职能；
- 上级安排的其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限；
- 具有较强的业务公关能力、沟通协调能力；
- 具备一定的培训、市场策划能力。 行业内领先的薪资水平，极具竞争力的福利。
- 八小时工作制；
- 享受国家法定节假日，应届毕业生工作满一年后享受5天带薪年休假；
