## Job description

岗位职责 1、网点日常统筹管理运营，组织会议、人员管理、早夕会督导训练； 2、推动网点人力、业务经营目标达成等。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上；
- 有较强的人际理解力，善于沟通协作；有激情，具备较好的抗压能力，有韧性和持续力，自我驱动能力强；

### 以下能力具备其一
- 1）熟悉保险行业和产品知识，具备寿险分公司、三级机构前线经验，具备创新突破意识，有本地学习、生活经验最佳； 2）具备快消、互联网、地产等行业销售推动、管理经验，具备一定的客户、渠道资源优先。
