岗位职责

### 营销方面能力
- 负责搭建批量获客渠道，组织、协助客群经理达成客户经营目标。

### 管理方面
- 负责组织团队成员使用数字化工具完成目标客群开发经营；控制团队经营上的风险。

### 队伍建设
- 在团队内推广先进产品、优秀经验，不断提升队伍的服务能力和营销能力。 任职资格
- 有批量获客渠道资源，如代账公司、招商平台、代办公司等资源。
- 有数字化经营意识，有科技公司从业经验的优先。
- 有批量开发客群的意识和方法。
- 工作积极努力，认真细致，带领团队成员合规履职。
