## Job description

岗位职责

### 代发获客推进
- 对接企业客户，落地品牌连锁/战投项目的代发合作，完成月度获客指标；参与公私融合线下研讨会、对公拓客赛等活动，拓展代发客群 。

### 项目落地支持
- 梳理代发项目进度卡，追踪延退项目落地；重点项目配合现场支持工作 。

### 产品与队伍协同
- 联动产品端优化代发发薪产品，推动收单系统升级渗透商户代发；协助分行落地队伍KPI体系，参与代发业务培训传导 。

### 数据与复盘
- 统计代发获客数据，定期复盘获客效率，输出优化建议。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，了解代发业务生态（企业服务、员工金融），熟悉获客场景优先。 2、1-2年银行/金融机构对公/代发业务经验，熟悉企业客群拓展逻辑。 3、可熟练应用各类办公软件（PPT、EXCEL等）。 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能联动跨部门推进项目；有较强的目标感，能承接KPI指标。
