## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据事业群风险偏好，细化制定对口业务方向相关风控策略，包括创新产品、渠道、授信策略等风险政策，深入研究相关行业，跟踪市场动态；
- 构建并优化全面风险管理体系，覆盖信用、欺诈、操作、合规风险；制定动态风险政策，平衡业务发展与风险控制，降低不良风险；
- 监控风险关键指标，建立预警机制，定期生成风险报告；
- 提供风险管理咨询和建议，支持业务部门的发展，提升我司客群质量；
- 其他领导交办事项； 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，具备金融/数学/统计相关专业； 2. 3年以上银行/厂商金融/融资租赁公司，风控/产品岗位经验；会计咨询事务所，汽融风控项目经验； 3. 具备较好的逻辑分析、演绎推理能力；具备PPT制作能力者优先； 4. 具备良好的职业道德，良好的抗压能力，责任感强。
