## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责三方渠道的开拓、维护和管理工作，确保渠道合作关系稳定;
- 负责个人业务在三方渠道的推广和销售，完成既定的业务目标;
- 负责与三方渠道的沟通协调，解决合作过程中出现的问题;
- 负责收集和分析市场信息，制定并执行适合三方渠道的业务发展策略;
- 负责三方渠道业务的日常运营和管理，确保业务顺利开展。 任职资格
- 本科及以上，优秀者可放任至大专；
- 具备政府或保险行业相关经验，熟悉三方渠道业务运作模式;
- 具备良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧，能够推动业务合作;
