## Job description

岗位职责
- 全行各类不动产购置项目拓展工作的牵头和统筹。
- 不动产购置项目商务交易的组织执行与统筹落地。
- 不动产购置、建设项目的全过程跟进和检视督导。
- 不动产项目相关内外部关系联络与沟通。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历；

### 相关经验
- 两年以上工作经验，有房地产工作背景或大型项目管理工作经验；

### 能力要求
- 掌握银行内部工作流程，具备职场管理、采购、法务等综合工作能力；具备较强的组织规划能力和项目管理能力；较强的计划性和执行力；善于沟通协调、责任心强、团队合作意识强。
