## Job description

岗位职责
- 梳理及检视业务流程现状，监测日常业绩进展，分析可优化流程，提出关键问题及有效解决方案供领导决策；
- 负责销售方案的策划及组织；
- 负责统筹推动项目完成；各类分析报告及上级领导交待的其他事宜。 任职资格
- 有1-3年销售推动岗工作经验；
- 熟悉现场管理流程，了解队伍运作本质，有电销一线经验，寿险、产险电销经验优先，表达能力好；
- 熟悉金融业务电话销售业务流程。
