岗位职责

### 投产管理
- 机构投产追踪、督导、优化举措

### 基本法管理
- 执行监测及复盘优化、规则迭代、宣导等

### 经营检视
- 双周会/月会K表以及经营检视材料更新

### 自查自纠
- 完成招聘、人管、薪酬、考核、系统等自查自纠工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上
- 具备一定的数据分析、机构推动经验
- 熟练适用excel、ppt等办公软件
