## Job description

岗位职责

### 宏观事件分析
- 密切跟踪海内外重大宏观事件（货币政策、财政政策、地缘政治、监管变化等），及时评估其对国内资本市场、各类资产及行业板块的影响，第一时间形成点评并提示投资机会与风险；

### 宏观基本面定期追踪
- 建立并维护国内外宏观经济数据跟踪体系（增长、通胀、流动性、信用、汇率、海外央行政策等），定期输出宏观月报/周报，研判经济周期所处位置及边际变化；

### 专题深度研究
- 围绕投资经理关注的市场热点问题（如阶段性主线行情的持续性、政策变化对相关板块的影响、市场风格切换、海外波动的传导路径等）快速开展专题研究，研究选题贴近市场、响应及时，结论可直接落地到投资操作与配置调整；

### 配置建议输出
- 将宏观研究转化为切实可行的资产配置建议，支持权益投资决策，参与投资决策会并提供宏观策略支持；
- 协助完成部门交办的其他研究工作，与内部投资经理、外部卖方研究保持高效沟通。 任职资格 1. 国内外知名院校硕士及以上学历，经济学、金融学、数学/统计等相关专业； 2.2年以上宏观/策略研究经验，有保险资管、公募基金、券商研究所宏观或策略团队经验者优先； 3. 具备完整的宏观分析框架，熟悉海内外货币政策、利率与汇率传导机制，对宏观与权益市场的映射关系有深入理解； 4. 研究成果导向，能够提出明确、可落地的配置建议，而非停留在数据描述层面； 5.熟练使用 Wind/Bloomberg 等数据终端，具备较强的数据处理与建模能力（Excel/Python 优先）；英文阅读能力强，可直接研读海外央行报告及外资行研究。
