## Job description

### 岗位职责 专职负责普惠金融（小微企业金融）业务开拓和维护，在遵守合规和风险管理要求的前提下
- 拓展普惠金融业务；
- 负责产品销售、业务拓展、客户经营；
- 达成业绩目标；
- 其他领导安排的工作. 任职资格
- 金融、会计、统计、管理或相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 具备银行或金融行业一线销售经验，熟悉银行信贷业务和普惠金融业务；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具备较好的抗压能力、团队协作意识和态度；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为，
- 具备较强风险意识。
