## Job description

岗位职责
- 分中心钻石荣誉体系的搭建完善，推动钻石指标的达成；
- 分中心全年业务激励方案的策划、宣导、落地推动，通过业务激励方案促进保费产出；
- 分中心销售节点氛围的营造，策划组织节点营销活动，挖掘绩优标杆，并复制推广；
- 追踪业务指达成，通过推动销售推动团队业绩，确保中心年度企划目标的达成。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，保险、经济、金融、市场营销类相关专业；
- 有1-3年寿险、电销营销、策划、推动工作经验，或其他行业组织策划、营销策划工作经验；
- 较强的组织协调能力、良好的沟通能力，能够快速融入团队；
- 强烈的目标感，思维活跃，性格开朗；
- 对工作有较强的责任心和抗压能力。
