岗位职责

### 队伍
- 负责代理人入职、培育、离职等全生命周期培养；专团入职、晋级、育成等全生命周期培养；培训支持、荣誉追踪；机构合规关联

### 平台
- 负责代理人平台运用落地

### 非车
- 负责三级机构非车业务销售推动，包括市场研判、目标追踪，经营检视；客户续保管理；客户全生命周期管理；非车产品二次宣导培训。
- 数字营销、综金

### 数据支持
- 机构端专团维度核心报表搭建，数据足够支撑专团完成各项指标追踪； 任职资格
- 本科以上学历；
- 有较强的学习能力，善于沟通；
- 具有良好的心理承受能力，良好的职业素养和道德品质。
