## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责个人渠道拓展、培训、激励方案宣导；
- 负责业务指标品质、渠道佣金费用结算、业务开展、数据整理、问题件管理及沟通，协助渠道操作流程优化；
- 渠道关系维护及渠道对接人的日常沟通、反馈等。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年外渠专员工作经验，22-34岁以下，
- 具备领悟融会、沟通协作、跨界视野的能力。
- 具备勤奋努力、抗压耐力、责任担当、主动挑战、专注聚焦的性格。
