## Job description

岗位职责
- 对本社区支行的AUM、存款、客户数、营收负责，根据社区支行特点，制定达成业务目标的具体工作计划；
- 通过有效的日常活动量管理与辅导训练，带领团队成员完成团队业务发展目标；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备3年以上相关工作经验；
- 熟悉银行产品，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；
- 具有商业敏感性、沟通协调能力强、合规意识强。
