## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接续收任务，确保续收任务达成；
- 对客户保单进行交费攻关、退保劝阻等工作，保障客户权益；
- 根据客户需求，提供线下预约保全、理赔等服务工作；
- 开展未收件复效，风险单排查化解，落实消保及个保工作要求。 任职资格 1．学习领悟、沟通和语言表达能力强； 2．待人热忱，积极向上、性格温和耐心、亲和力强。
