## Job description

岗位职责
- 具备良好的沟通、人际交往及营销能力，能与不同类型的客户建立并维护良好关系，主动开拓客户资源、推广信贷产品，为客户提供金融服务。
- 拥有较强分析和风险判断能力，能准确评估客户的信用状况、财务状况，分析信贷风险，为客户精准配置金融产品。
- 熟悉金融产品和信贷业务流程，包括贷款申请、审批、发放、回收等环节，确保流程合规性。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有 1 年以上银行贷款相关工作经验，业务资源丰富；
- 具备较强的市场营销能力，沟通及表达能力佳，良好的抗压能力和团队协作能力；
- 良好的职业道德，无不良信用记录。
