## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与制定及持续优化网点建设相关管理制度与流程，确保符合监管要求及公司战略方向；
- 协助设计网点经营评价指标，建立科学、量化的评估模型，定期分析网点经营数据，为资源配置与策略调整提供依据；
- 搭建网点经营情况动态追踪体系，监控关键指标，整合全量经营数据，提升数据可视化与决策支持效率；
- 完成领导交待的其他工作。 任职资格
- 保险、金融相关专业，有保险行业企划工作经验优先；
- 有较强的数据分析和处理能力，具备较强的沟通协调能力和逻辑思维能力；
- 有良好的项目管理及报告撰写能力，有一定的文字功底；
- 有较强的责任心，工作勤勉踏实、执行力强。
- 能够尽快入职。
