## Job description

岗位职责

### 总行策略承接
- 学习并掌握总行产品及策略，赋能本地项目转化，推动目标超额达成，负责项目对接、商务洽谈、报告撰写等；

### 队伍赋能
- 对所负责的客户经理，通过培训、陪访、陪练、策略复盘，推动其重点产品发放目标超额达成，队伍产能提升作为核心考核指标；

### 合规把关
- 自主拓客，与渠道业务隔离，防止虚假作业和挂单套利。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历；
- 三年（含）以上银行信贷业务经验或风险管理经验，有小微客群经验者优先；
- 具备较好的人际沟通能力和客户服务意识；
- 熟悉银行零售信贷产品、风险、合规相关政策和业务流程；
- 具备良好的职业操守，风险意识强，无违法、违规行为记录。
