## Job description

岗位职责
- 带领团队人员进行业务拓展和维护，促成业务落地
- 制定作业区的销售策略，管理业务经营，确保达成各项指标
- 负责作业区的日常人员管理，协调团队增员和新人带教 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历
- 具备市场分析、业务落地、团队管理的能力，有一定业务资源或团队管理经验者优先
- 主动作为，责任心强，具备良好的抗压能力、学习能力和团队合作意识
