## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责
- 负责推动寿险渠道片区保费达成计划目标。
- 负责集团内各个综拓渠道销售队伍培训相关工作，根据渠道业务特点完成课件开发及相关培训。
- 自身业务拓展（团体及个人客户关系建立维护），重点为健康险团体客户开发及拓展。
- 续期业务推动及专业支持。
- 产品支持。
- 相关契约、保全问题件沟通与追踪。

### 任职资格 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 年龄35岁以下 ；
- 有3-5年保险销售工作经验；
- 能独立完成课件开发、产品宣讲 ；
- 长期工作地点为宜昌。
