## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责零售信贷业务的贷前现场调查，对借款人的资信情况、经营情况和财务情况进行专业分析判断，出具独立的调查意见，对业务授信资料、调查结论的完整性、真实性和准确性承担责任；
- 负责零售信贷业务的合规性检查，是否符合法律法规和监管政策，是否符合我行信贷政策和业务管理制度；
- 负责对审批师提出的待核查点完成现场核查，如实记录核查情况，并出具调查意见；
- 负责参与或牵头本地化商圈、产业链、行业风险政策的研究与制订。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年（含）以上银行信贷业务经验或者风险管理经验，有小微客群经验者优先； 3、具备较强的人际沟通能力和客户服务意识； 4、熟悉我行零售信贷产品、风险、合规相关政策和流程； 5、具备良好的职业操守，风险意识强，无违法及金融违规记录；无行内被亮红牌、被永久停牌的行为记录； 6、符合总行、分行其他管理要求。
