## Job description

岗位职责
- 构建高效沟通机制，快速响应产品团队需求，运用数据挖掘与分析能力，为产品提供精准的经营分析策略和大数据商机建议，并建立完整的商机效果追踪与优化闭环。
- 深度洞察部门业务发展方向和分行经营状况，具备敏锐的数据洞察力，主动为总分行提供专业的经营诊断、行业趋势分析、潜在客户挖掘和业务达成追踪等数据支持，助力数字化经营决策。
- 全面整合行内数据资产和外部数据资源，持续探索数据创新应用场景，推进数据治理体系建设和外部数据引入工作，为业务流程优化、客户精准营销和大数据营销工具开发提供坚实的数据支撑。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，数学、统计、金融、计算机等相关专业优先，能熟练运用SQL/Python等统计分析和建模工具。
- 熟悉银行对公业务及核心场景，熟悉对公业务痛点和需求，具备优秀的逻辑思维、数据分析能力，可以发现、提炼并解决问题；有大规模数据处理和数据分析挖掘经验者优先。
- 具备敏锐的数据洞察力，较强的责任心、自驱力及执行力；具备良好的沟通能力和创新意识；拥有主动服务和团队合作精神。
