## Job description

### 岗位职责 综合销售运营/行政管理的工作重点是销售分析和汇报，包括
- 选择、管理和培训销售人员相关系统、数据库和流程
- 订单处理和客户支持，包括告知客户产品缺货、预计交货日期、价格变动等
- 组织面向客户的销售研讨会和讲习班
- 管理销售印刷品和手册的库存
- 开展竞争对手研究，维护竞争对手信息库
- 准备客户咨询、销售趋势、客户投诉、交货/服务问题、退货理由等相关报告 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有3-5年厅堂经理工作经验，
- 具备领悟融会、动手实战、规划策划、创新变革、沟通协作的能力。
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、专注聚焦、抗压耐力、气量格局的性格。
