## Job description

岗位职责
- 建立完善的贷款运营、账户运营以及其他金融产品运营的业务流程和作业体系
- 管理运营作业的团队，确保团队在审核中小企业贷款相关文件、处理系统数据的流程，符合监管要求和制度的规范
- 检查、识别、评估在客户进件、单证审查、贷款审批中可能发生的操作风险，建立和不断优化质量检核、风险监测和预警机制
- 定期检查和优化与运营相关的各类制度和流程
- 提出运营系统优化需求，配合UAT测试 任职资格
- 本科以上學歷, 熟悉金融产品的作业流程
- 有银行交易银行部或银行信贷工厂的信贷运营经验，熟悉中小企业KYC/KYB、AML、信贷文件和放款审核等，有运营团队的管理经验
- 有一定的英文读写能力
