## Job description

岗位职责

### 负责小微产品的政策制定和管理工作，包括不限于
- 准入策略、授信模型、审核策略、反欺诈策略、額度策略及貸中監控和預警策略等；
- 负责分析客群表现及流程转化等关键指标，持续监控并优化客群质量；

### 负责各信貸流程优化工作，包括不仅限于
- 申请流程、材料要求、风控决策流程、盡職調查流程(线上线下)等；
- 负责收集探索各产品市场信息，了解宏观及竞品变化，挖掘业务潜力，识别信贷风险；
- 负责探索各類信貸業務中所需的風控數據，進行評估分析並落實業務場景中的應用
- 負責搭建一套信貸資產組合的管理制度，有效追踪资产变化并提供风险提示，並協同相關部門采取必要行動。 任职资格 1、本科或以上学历； 2、5年以上信贷风险管理經驗，熟悉信贷产品，充分了解中小微信贷业务的风险要素；熟悉供應鏈/跨境貿易金融的风控经验者优先； 3、具备数据分析能力，能熟练的使用至少一种分析工具（SAS、Python等） ，有大数据分析经验者优先； 4、具备对内对外良好的沟通能力，有项目管理经验者优先。
