## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责为机构客户提供专业的咨询服务和解决方案;
- 分析客户需求，制定并执行销售策略;
- 维护现有客户关系，推动销售目标的实现;
- 协调内部资源，确保服务质量和客户满意度;
- 参与市场调研，了解行业动态，提出业务发展建议;
- 协助制定和优化销售流程和策略 任职资格
- 具备至少三年的机构销售或相关领域工作经验;
- 熟悉金融产品或咨询服务，具备相关产品经验;
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户关系管理能力;
- 持有相关证书（如CFA、FRM等）者优先;
- 具备较强的分析能力和解决问题的能力;
- 具备团队合作精神和跨部门协调能力;
- 具备英语沟通能力者优先
