## Job description

岗位职责

### 投诉管理及分析
- 负责机构投诉管理，处理客户投诉, 对机构投诉业务进行分析，追踪相关部门改善投诉案件所反映的问题,透过检视、培训等方式，对投诉高发业务、渠道、营业部进行事前风险防范；

### 回访管理
- 负责客户回访管理，统筹机构大客户回访追踪；

### 信访件协助处理
- 助稽核对监管机构转办的服务相关信访件进行处理；
- 消费者权益保护:保险消费者教育活动的组织；外部消保机构日常联络；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上，保险、金融、法律、医学专业；
- 有二年以上工作经历包括两年以上理赔工作经历；
- 具备丰富的保险、法律、医学等理赔相关专业知识，有较丰富理赔工作经验、户服务技巧；
- 有较强地责任心、沟通协调能力、监控和推动能力、演绎和归纳思维能力。
