## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责券商场景下向量知识库的内容建设与运营，包括券商各业务线知识体系的梳理、整合与优化，提升知识库的准确性和实用性；
- 对接AI产品开发团队，参与向量知识库的构建与优化，包括知识抽取、结构化处理、向量化存储等技术实现；
- 深入理解券商各类业务场景，负责知识库在智能客服、智能投顾等场景中的应用落地与效果优化；
- 持续优化知识库的展现形式，提高知识库的使用效率和用户体验，降低转人工比例，提升服务满意度；
- 对用户反馈数据进行深度分析，挖掘用户需求，形成运营报告，指导知识库优化和产品迭代；
- 负责券商相关知识的培训输出，提升团队成员的专业能力和业务水平；
- 参与券商其他业务场景的知识库建设与维护，支持公司业务发展。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备2年及以上知识库建设与维护相关经验，有券商行业从业经验者优先；
- 熟悉券商各类业务（如经纪、两融、投资银行、资产管理等），了解相关业务流程和监管要求；
- 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力和项目推进能力，能够高效推动知识库建设与优化；
- 学习能力强，能够快速掌握券商行业知识和相关业务系统，具备较强的业务诊断能力；
- 具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、SQL等工具，能够通过数据驱动优化知识库和运营策略；
- 具备良好的逻辑思维能力和文档编写能力，能够清晰表达业务需求和技术方案；
- 具有券商行业知识图谱构建、智能客服或智能投顾项目经验者优先。
